Well it’s Friday, and I remain terribly out of sync with snow days plaguing my week’s plans. That said it is finally the end of the week and I am looking forward to a fun but hectic swim weekend with my two oldest girls. The swim meet brings me to my little one….because I don’t think she’s missed one since she was 5 days old. Really. I am not joking. I took her to her first meet at Miami University at the ripe old age of 5 days. Nestled in her baby Bjorn Carrier (a must have for any mom of many} close to me, and my heart as I happily watched my oldest daughter do her thing. LOL. Fast forward 3 1/2 years (still with me for hours on end in the stands…my little champ – people comment all the time they remember her when and how good she is, and she is, but really she doesn’t know any better — and I am so incredibly blessed). WOW!!! Well here we are and Addy suddenly…and I mean suddenly….turned into a big girl. Just at Christmas time she looked like a baby still but yesterday she looked different to me. Maybe it was her hair. Trapped under her hat all day her curls disappeared and it was straight and long. A little Bohemian baby! especially in her Matilda Jane outfit (my very fav in front of the camera!!!!). Anyway….I decided to grab her and try out my new wall. The new WHITE TIN WALL in the studio is finally installed and looks awesome. Addy did a great job just being addy….switching out hats like she was OCD….making her “Addy faces” …gosh is that kid expressive and animated…and, well, looking so grown up. Anyway…here she is. My Baby…always my baby….just a little more grown up looking. Makes me smile, and make me sad all at the same time.
The studio has been undergoing lots of changes during the snowy months, and will be fully up and running very soon…and I am VERY excited to share it with my wonderful clients. Remember booking is generally 4-6 weeks for in studio sessions and 6-8 for location sessions. I am currently booking for spring!!!
