Let’s just say…….{mason ohio family photographer}

I couldn’t pick a favorite.  Sorry for the image overload.  I LOVED working with the “m” family last week !!!!   I knew they were great before our session, but enjoyed my one on one…with the girls especially.  They are both so sweet and warm…just like their mom who I adore!!!!!   We started off with some family stuff…and I am so happy that mom and dad wanted to do this.  Sometimes when our kids get older we stop taking family portraits…sometimes, because with busy lives it’s just not convenient, and often times because we just don’t think about it.  Then before you can turn around they are grown…it’s senior pic time, then wedding pics with new additions to the family.  During your oldest years in high school and college might be among the last chances to capture your family….just you and your kids before the dynamic changes .

After some fun family shots we really got into our groove….Alex and Paige ROCKED it!!!  So gorgeous and I am so excited to share these with you.  And to all you parents…like me with kids in high school…LIFE MOVES TOO QUICKLY.  Don’t just take the time…MAKE the time to fit in a picture of your entire family.  It doesnt’ have to be professional, but get everyone together and take a picture.  Before you turn around they are off and gone and the chances get harder and harder.

Meet the “M” family….Mom Deb, Dad Jay and the gorgeous Alex and Paige.   ENJOY!!!!

It’s funny I wrote this post and thought of the girls growing up …and remembered something I hadn’t thought of in many many years.  It was a song that my grandmother used to sing to me about growing up.  It was called “Turn Around”  so I just went and googled it and sure enough there it was…It’s call Turn Around by Perry Como.   Oh My Gosh….I can just hear my “MomMom” singing it to me while she spun me around in her kitchen.  It made me smile and also made me realize that it was so so long ago and she has been gone for many years now.  So I downloaded that OLD and silly song b/c it will remind me of her, and when I was a little girl.  CHEERS!!!!!!
