Where are my pictures?
If you have been granted access to a gallery, log in first, then click on My Pictures next to your name toward the top left corner of the screen.

What is My Pictures?
My Pictures are galleries that have limited access to them that you have access to.

Will the pictures I select stay in my shopping cart?
Yes. Your pictures will stay in your shopping cart until you either place the order or delete them yourself.

I can't seem to log in.
Log in information is case sensitive, be sure you have entered it correctly. If you have forgotten your password, click here.

What happens to my prepaid print credit?
In some cases (large groups for instance) you paid a pre-paid print credit . This print credit was applied to the account created for you at the time of booking, and after payment for your retainer was made. This credit, dependent upon the amount will appear as a credit on your account and be automatically deducted from your order. Taxes however will be applied pre-credit.

Why do I have to register to add images to my shopping cart?
By registering an account, you are able to keep items in your shopping cart for a long period of time. Additionally, you will be able to view your orders and private galleries (if available) by having an account.

Does it cost anything to register for an account?
No, and you are under no obligation to make a purchase.

I have been sent access information for a gallery, what do I do?
Click the Access Gallery link. Enter in the access code on that page. If correct, you will be able to view the gallery. If you have an account and are logged in, then you will only have to do this once and this gallery will be listing in My Pictures.

Where do I enter the code to redeem a print credit coupon that I have
At the top of the page you will see a link to something called REDEEM PRINT CREDIT. Click on this and enter the code you were given for print. In most cases the codes are only redeemable once.

How do I enter the discount coupons for packages or other offers?
The discount coupons for packages are completely different than the print redemption credits. Thy are entered AFTER your have made all of your selections and put them in your shopping cart. Generally this is a dollar amount, or a % discount off your order. In the checkout procedure there will be a prompt for a coupon code (when you VIEW YOUR CART). Enter the appropriate code in the coupon box and your discount will be applied automatically. If you purchased any of our deeply discounted traditional packages you may not use a coupon discount and this feature will automatically be disabled.

Where do I pick up my portraits?
arrangements to pick up your portraits are by appointment only. Kim has an extremely busy schedule during the fall season, however every attempt will be made to be flexible to your schedule. It is possible also for Kim to meet you someplace, and even at times hand deliver your portraits as it is most convenient. The quickest method of delivery however is DIRECT TO CLIENT shipping.

Can I have my purchases shipped directly to me?
Yes, reasonable flat rate shipping rates are an option for you. This will have your portraits mailed directly to your home. Select the option of your choice and this is how your portraits will be delivered. Customer Pick Up is still and option and that is FREE to all customers.
