When I think of this little one a song comes to mind…..you might know it….”Little Wonders” by Rob Thomas. I love Rob Thomas…and so many of his songs just speak to me and this is no different.
“All lives are made in these small hours…these little wonders, these twists and turns of fate…Time falls away, but these small hours these small hours still remain”.
Why? well little Janey is certainly a small wonder and the struggle of her family reminds me of this song. Her family is dear to my heart and if you follow my blog you know all about them. Big brother Reid was a miracle…truly….and when these AMAZING parents knew that they wanted another child to love adoption was truly the best option. They were blessed enough that a mother fell in love with them the way that I did. They are just like that…you meet them once and you’ve known them your entire life. She knew her baby would be best with this family…LOVED beyond reason, happy and well cared for. What an unselfish person…it really is a special individual that could do that for their child…It is awe inspiring and a decision I respect so much. The adoption process hasn’t been without it’s craziness, but these parents knew that anything worth having was worth hanging in for, and sometimes the best things in life don’t come easily. They certainly learned that in so many ways over the past several years. So much the way they hung in during Reid’s uncertain pregnancy, they hung in with this baby girl….only to find that there is a light at the end of the tunnel, and she does in fact belong with them to love forever more. She is certainly a little wonder, and I know from my heart to hearts with her mother……she will be cherished for now and forever. Welcome to your family baby Janey….you are very very loved and were desperately wanted and you have the most special family!!! You are a very lucky little girl.
By the way….Janey is such a special and happy little girl. Her smile…which is endless… lights up a room. She is a joy and a blessing for sure! This is a few shots from Janey’s session. I chose these because you can see her gorgeous delicate features and that twinkle in her big eyes! a little doll.
